Dear Sir/Madam,

The Nalamthana magazine is intended to impart useful and valuable information on health and health care.  The articles are written mostly by CMDDA members in both Tamil and English.  The first Nalamthana issue was circulated widely among the community and received rave reviews by the readers.

By popular request a second issue is now being developed and we hope to publish it to coincide with the Launch of our fundraising project "Save a Heart" on the 11th of July 2008 and the 3rd Health and Dental Forum to be held on the 13th of July 2008 in Markham.  Subsequently, 3000+ copies will be distributed to the community.

We kindly request your support in this endeavour.  Please see attached for details regarding how to contribute.  We trust your sponsorship in the form of an advertisement will greatly contribute towards the success of bringing this magazine together.  Further, since Nalamthana is a vehicle of health information and enlightenment your advertisement will not only expose you to the community but your assistance will be going directly towards providing a valuable resource for the communal good.
